UPDATE! Coaches,
👉 Now, it should be safe for all players to be using their Training Bags and continue the event. A reset is NOT necessary.
🐛 IF YOU ARE A PLAYER AFFECTED BY THE BUG:
We deployed a workaround allowing affected players to add new team members and reset the total Flames number. This could result in some issues on the player's affected side.
- If you are on Android, clearing local data and the cache might solve the issues.
- On iOS, closing and reopening the app might solve the issue. In case this doesn't work, you can try to reinstall the app, which might lead to some progress loss.
If you were a player affected by this problem and lost the Flames you already gained or your Training Bags, please open a ticket with our support.
